Commercial Radio Hits National Press
The Radio Advertising Bureau has launched the third burst of its Window Campaign this week in the national press. The generic campaign highlights the growth and effectiveness of commercial radio.
The campaign will run in the broadsheets, with the aim of reaching 82% of business people responsible for advertising and marketing decisions. Clive Reffell, strategic planner at the RAB, said, “Research from previous bursts show that the message is getting through to the target audience. This third burst reinforces all the radio stations’ collaborative effort.”
The press campaign will also be supported by use of airtime promotions on commercial radio. In total £2.5 million has been spent on this campaign over the past year.
