Communications Counsel To Merge Into CIA

CIA Medianetwork has announced it is to merge with The Communication Counsel, which is already 100% owned by the CIA Group.

The £20m billing Communications Counsel was known as WM Media until July, when CIA Group acquired it and renamed it TCC. All TCC staff and operations are to move to CIA Medianetwork’s offices, with the TCC name to disappear.

Nick Kelvin, Managing Director of TCC will become Planning Director of CIA Medianetwork, with all five members of his team to join him there. TCC clients which include Mercury one-2-one, Virgin Radio and Jordan Cereals are moving with TCC.

Mike Tunnicliffe, Managing Director of CIA Medianetwork, said, “This arrangement completes the planning jigsaw for CIA Medianetwork.”
