Compaq computers are to use the regional press for the first time with a £20,000 test campaign through The Word starting May 15.
Fifty four members of The Word, including the Yorkshire Evening Press, the Glasgow Evening Times and the Irish News, will be running quarter page, mono direct response advertisements in their business pages promoting a Compaq brochure for small business.
