According to a report in Marketing Week this week the predicted takeover of Outdoor Focus by Concord Poster Group has been agreed. The declining poster specialist was launched in 1992 but started to go under towards the end of last year when it failed to accumulate business from shareholder agencies including CIA Media and Omnicom. No-one at Concord was available for comment this morning.
