Court Hearing For Ex-Dorlands Chief

The long-running dispute between Bates Dorland and its ex-chief executive, Paul Twivy, *Twivy Issues Writ Against Dorlands may be settled in the coming months by a court hearing.

A hearing is scheduled to take place in three months, when a judge will decide whether Mr Twivy should receive compensation regarding his departure from the agency. He is claiming that a promise to make him chairman was reneged upon by Michael Bungey. Lord Saatchi may be called upon to give evidence in support of Mr Twivy.
