Cruickshank Steps Down From Oftel

Don Cruickshank, director general of telecoms watchdog Oftel, has said that he will be stepping down from the post when his term of office ends in March next year.

Mr Cruickshank plans to split his time between public and private sector activities. He has already accepted a part-time role with the Education and Public Access Task Force – a group involved with computers in schools.
