Mike Ironside, ad controller of the Daily Mail has been promoted to ad director. He replaces Guy Zitter, who has now taken over as managing director from Bill Pressey. Sue Minnikin has been promoted to sales controller, John Teal becomes agency ad manager and Maxine Rose becomes client ad manager.
