Decaux, the French outdoor advertising group, has said that it will increase its offer to buy UK rival More Group from £475 million to £522 million if its takeover ambitions are cleared by the Monopolies and Mergers Commission (see MMC To Investigate Decaux Bid).
Decaux has said that it is confident the MMC investigation will rule in its favour.
