Easynet, the second largest UK Internet provider, announced yesterday that it expected to break into profit in the final quarter of this year.

In its interim results released yesterday, the company reported turnover of £2.48m, up by 62% on the previous six month period, and pre-tax losses of £0.72m, which is a slight improvement on last year.
