Children’s magazine publisher Egmont Magazines has appointed Alison David to the role of commercial director.
Reporting to Debbie Cook, David will head a team of 16. Her role will be to lead the commercial development of the business and deliver sustainable growth through the development of existing Egmont products, new titles and new business opportunities.
David joins Egmont from BMRB where, as business development director, she was responsible for developing creative sales solutions for TGI Europa. Previously she ran her own marketing consultancy business, simplywomen Ltd.
David has also held roles at The National Magazine Company, IPC Media and New Crane Publishing.
