Electronic Telegraph Relaunches Fantasy League Online
The Electronic Telegraph is to relaunch Fantasy League Online on the Internet tomorrow. The Fantasy League was first launched in September but was suspended in October due to technical problems.
Fantasy League Online, which is sponsored by Littlewoods Pools, is accessed via the ET’s Sport section. The game costs £10 to play and runs until May 1996 with a first prize of £6,000.
The ET now has over 135,000 registers users and up to 15,000 individuals access around 130,000 pages per day. The Marketing Manager for ET, Hugh Drayton said “Fantasy League Online is the latest in a series of Electronic Telegraph developments. It is a highly interactive and entertaining game and ensures that Electronic Telegraph continues to be innovative.”
