It has emerged this morning that media group EMAP has acquired magazine publisher, Wagadon. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed by EMAP. Amongst Wagadon’s magazines portfolio are Arena, The Face and Frank; EMAP publishes numerous titles including FHM.
