Emap has confirmed that the acquisition of the Herald and Post Newspapers from Thompson Regional Newspapers is complete, following agreement from the Dept. of Trade and Industry.
The Herald and Post comprises of four free titles based in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
