EMAP announced today that it has acquired Mason Stewart Publishing and Bounty Services in Australia for a total of £5m. Both companies have had long relationships with EMAP as licensees of a number of titles including Smash Hits , Slimming and Mother & Baby .
Managing director of the new arm will be Marcus Rich who was previously publishing director of EMAP Metro.
