United News & Media plc has appointed Tony Tillin to be chief executive officer of Miller Freeman Worldwide; he was previously chief executive of Emap Business Communications. Commenting on the career change, Tillin said: “Miller Freeman has tremendous opportunities for international development, which I am delighted to be able to pursue.”
