Bargainholidays.com was the brainchild of EMAP Online’s design chief Ed Whiting. He said: “The Internet is an ideal medium to sell products with constantly changing prices to a mass audience. Late holidays fall into this category, with over 70,000 prices that can change as often as several times a day, as departure dates loom: it operates like a futures market.”
