Emap has appointed two UK directors to head up its its recently acquired US operation, Emap Petersen (see Newsline). Tom Moloney has been named Emap Petersen’s president and chief operating officer. He is currently chief executive of Emap Consumer Magazines. John Baillie, currently Emap’s director of finance and treasury, will be chief financial officer.
Emap announced the further US acquisition of General Media’s Automotive Group of magazines early this year for £22 million (see Newsline).
