Emap Consumer Magazines Ltd has acquired the entire issued share capital of Presse Publishing Ltd, publishers of the UK edition of Top Sante Health & Beauty .
Top Sante was launched in the UK in March 1993 and is the leading title in the growing women’s health and beauty market; it has a circulation of 160,489. The title will now be published by Emap Elan. Emap already publishes Top Sante in France and Belgium and has a joint-venture to publish the Dutch edition of the title.
