EU: Draft Opinion On Virtual Advertising
The Council of Europe’s standing committee on Transfrontier Television, which over the past year has been considering the issue of virtual advertising (the use of virtual image-making technology in advertising), has now formed a Draft Opinion on the issue, to be discussed at the committee’s meeting on 20-21 March. States that are party to the European Convention on Transfrontier Television have until the end of February to submit written comments on the Opinion.
