EU: Larive Report voted by Committee

The Larive Report has emerged from the 9 June Economic and Monetary Committee meeting longer but relatively unscathed, as the Committee decided to opt for the Hughes Procedure, and therefore included key conclusions of other EP Committees as well as several of the proposed amendments from its own members. The most damaging of the amendments were not passed, but there are some significant and unwelcome changes to the original text.
