EU Tobacco Ban To Face Challenge

The European Newspaper Publishers Association (ENPA) has said it will use the European Court of Justice to challenge the legal basis on which the EU has banned tobacco advertising (see MEPs Vote For Tobacco Ad Ban).

The World Federation of Advertisers has also called on the European Parliament to prevent the law being adopted in its present form.
