Eve Pollard Resigns Sunday Express

Eve Pollard has resigned as editor of the Sunday Express, and will be replaced by Daily Star editor Brian Hitchin.

Eve Pollard has been editor of the Sunday Express for three and a half years and will retain her links with the newspaper as a consultant.

She said today that she had greatly enjoyed her time at the Sunday Express, adding, “It has been an exciting and innovative period but now the newspaper is in prosperous health I think the time is right for me to seek new challenges.”
