First Female Editor For Radio Times

Sue Robinson has been named as the new editor of Radio Times and will be the first woman to edit the title.

She has been with the magazine since 1980 and her last position was as executive editor. The appointment comes after Nicholas Brett was promoted from editor to publishing director and coincides with moves by the title to boost a declining circulation with a £1.5m advertising and direct marketing campaign *Radio Times Gets £1.5m Promotion.
