The Financial Times newspaper has appointed Broadsystem to manage all of its UK subscriptions, in a bid to boost the title’s subscriber base.
Broadsystem has developed a bespoke subscription process for the FT, enabling the paper to develop its subscription programmes flexibly. Broadsystem are responsible for handling the entire process from customer service, through to data analysis, voucher production, fulfilment and payment processing.
The solution, encompassing both business and consumer subscribers, will ensure a complete audit trail of activity, as well as offering increased reporting functionality. The system will enable Broadsystem and the FT to create flexible and targeted campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention and to facilitate measurement and evaluation.
