Future Goes To Management Team

It has just been announced that Pearson New Entertainment has sold its Future magazine publishing group to a management buyout team for £142 million. The sale includes FutureNet, the company’s internet publication.

The deal, funded by Apex Partners, will see Chris Anderson become chairman of the publisher while the management board will remain the same.
