New licensee Gemini Radio has launched in the Exeter and Torbay region, taking over from Devonair which lost the licence last year. Gemini broadcasts two separate services on the FM and AM band. The FM service is aimed at the 15-40 age group, with a music based format from the 1970s-1990s, while the AM service provides a speech and music based format.
