GGK/GGT Worldwide bv. which is 80% owned by Gold Greenlees Trott PLC has announced that it is to back a new agency in Paris, in partnership with Michel Guerend and Jacques Bely.
The new agency, BG/GGT is intended to service the needs of the GGK/GGT Worldwide network’s current and prospective international clients.
GGK/GGT will hold 35% of the equity, the rest being held by local management.
DORLAND TO CHANGE NAME
BSB Dorland is to change its name to Bates Dorland; the Backer Spielvogel Bates network has re-christened itself Bates Worldwide. The change to Bates Dorland for the UK operation is an attempt to make all the worldwide names consistent.
