Gold Greenlees Trott plc has formed a new media agency with the CIA Group, called Media Solutions Group. The joint venture will consist of GGT Advertising’s media department in London and the Manchester based media independent, CIA Media Solutions Ltd.
The new media independent will be based in both London and Manchester, and will have combined billings of £80m. Julian Neuberger, media director of GGT, will be Chief Executive, and CIA Media Solutions’ Ray Sale will be Managing Director of the joint company. GGT owns 49.99%, and CIA owns 50.01% of the Media Solutions Group.
Mike Elms, Chief Executive of CIA UK Holdings Ltd, said “With offices serving the north and south of the country and over £80m of billings, Media Solutions Group is immediately a major force in the media market.”
