Guardian Media Group chairman, Paul Myners has been appointed as the first non-executive director on the BT Wireless board. He has been appointed alongside Andrew Sukawaty, former chief executive of NTL, who becomes deputy chairman.
Chairman David Varney whose board preparing for a future demerger, described the pair’s experience as “invaluable”.
