GPX Magazine Closes After Only 4 Issues

Haymarket’s Formula One magazine, GPX, has been ‘suspended’ only four issues and six weeks into its life. The title was launched in July this year but since then it has failed to sell sufficient copies to keep it afloat.
GPX‘s editor, Paul Fearnley, has returned to his old job as editor of Haymarket’s Motoring News and says that whilst the future of GPX is officially open-ended, its prospects do not look bright.
In contrast, Haymarket’s other Formula One title, F1 Racing, is performing very well with sales of 155,000 in the UK and many more overseas. F1 Racing also provides material for the ITV Formula One website, which can be accessed at http://www.itv-f1.com/.
