Grampian Television plc has announced the sale of their 99.6% stake in Central Scotland Radio Ltd to Independent Radio Group plc. The agreed offer of £5.231 million consists of £5.012 million and £219,000 (share capital, owed by CSR to Grampian).
With the cash proceeds, Grampian hope to develop opportunities in current television and property businesses as well as taking advantages of the current changes in all sections of UK media.
