Granada Sky Broadcasting’s flagship digital channel, Plus, is to relaunch with a new-look consisting of new idents and break-buttons.
The new design will focus on a moving ‘Plus Ball’ which will interact with an animated family. Rose James, the director of Scarlette, the company behind the new-look, said: “Our main objective was to create a unique brand that would stand out from the other channels in what is a very crowded market place.”
She added: “We also felt it was important to make the interstitial creative elements very strong and well defined against the commercials and clutter of the channel junction itself.”
Channel 5 recently underwent a branding makeover which included a change in its logo to the word “five” (see Channel 5 Relaunched As Five).
