Guardian Ad Sales Changes

The Guardian and Observer has restructured its advertising sales department. Display sales manager, Carolyn McCall is promoted to deputy ad director. Agency managers Joe Clarke, Stuart Taylor, Miranda Cleverdon and Richard Joyce become sales managers for The Guardian, The Observer, magazines and head of client sales respectively. It is expected that Caroline Marland will replace Jim Markwick as managing director.

… Vicky Scott, advertisement manager of the Mail on Sunday’s Night and Day has been appointed as group advertisement director of Gruner + Jahr, replacing Jason Frost.
