Guardian Media Group Acquires Clear Channel UK’s Radio Sales Arm
Clear Channel UK’s radio sales arm has confirmed that it is to be bought out by Guardian Media Group for an undisclosed sum.
A spokesperson for the US-owned Clear Channel said it was: “business as usual and the move would cause minimal disruption.”
