Guardian To Publish Uk Edition Of Wired

The Guardian Media Group, as part of a joint venture with Wired US, is to launch a UK edition of Wired next year. The American edition of Wired was launched 2 years ago and is a lifestyle magazine centred around the Internet. Editorial in the magazine focuses on the digital revolution and other evolving technologies.

This is the first of the Guardian’s planned ventures into data broadcasting and electronic publishing. Further details about the launch will be available shortly.
