Gyngell To Leave YTTV
Bruce Gyngell, chief executive of YTTV, announced today that he will be leaving the company. His decision was prompted by the takeover of YTTV by Granada in June.
Mr Gyngell said “no company requires two chief executives and it was inevitable that I would leave.” He went on to say that “any reports of my imminent retirement are greatly exaggerated.”
Mr Gyngell will remain a director of Publishing and Broadcast, the parent company of Nine Network Australia, as well as chairman of its international subsidiary.
