The Hall Harrison Cowley group has announced it has sold three of its regional advertising agencies to MSL Advertising, part of the MSL group.
Ownership of HHC’s advertising agencies in Bristol, Cardiff and Manchester will be transferred to MSL Advertising early in July for an undisclosed sum. The three agencies will continue to trade as HHC Advertising.
The sale will allow Hall Harrison to concentrate more fully on its PR interests. The company will retain only its Maidenhead agency which it believes can continue to develop profitably.
