Haymarket Acquires Human Resources

Haymarket Publications, publisher of Marketing, Campaign and now Stuff, has acquired the title Human Resources from Martin Leach Publishing Group. Martin Leach said of the title: “You reach a point in life where you take something as far as you want to.”

Human Resources has a controlled circulation of 28,000 and 1,000 subscriptions, and increased its frequency from bi-monthly to monthly in September 1998. The acquisition was effective as of Monday, and Martin Leach will remain on the title’s management board at Haymarket.

Haymarket recently saved the men’s title Stuff from closure by taking it on after its circulation failed to grow (see Newsline).
