Heartland Cablevision Applies For Daventry Licence

Heartland Cablevision II has applied to run the cable delivery licence for Daventry, offering service to almost 9,000 homes.

Heartland, which is owned by Telecential Communications, made a bid of £7,400 for the licence which would form a contiguous area with Northampton, Northeast Northamptonshire and Rugby. These areas are currently covered by Telecential’s existing franchise.

Heartland was the only applicant for the licence and the ITC expects to announce a decision by the end of the year.
