Herald and Observer Newspapers Limited has appointed Amra as the national sales representative for its five titles. The appointment, worth £500,000 in national billings, starts today.
The five titles are; the Stratford Standard, the North Worcestershire County Standard, the South Worcestershire County Standard, the Rugby Observer and the Leamington Spa Observer.
“Our free, quality newspapers are breaking new ground by providing a high editorial to advertising ratio and the broadsheets include important national news as well as local news. As a result, they successfully penetrate the prosperous professional belt of the South West Midlands area,” said Pat Bullivant, managing director of the Herald Observer Newspaper Group. “We appointed Amra because it understands our commitment to editorial integrity in the free regional market.”
