HHCL Red Cell Launches Disability Campaign

Marketing communications group HHCL/Red Cell and Manning Gottleib have been awarded a £3 million budget to launch a new government campaign highlighting issues surrounding disability.

The contract was won after a four way pitch through the Central Office of Information for the Department for Work and Pensions.

The campaign, which will begin in the new year, aims to raise awareness of disability in the UK. The ads will form part of the Government’s focus on disability, which aims to change attitudes towards people with handicaps.

Commenting on the initiative, Minnie Moll, managing partner of HHCL / Red Cell, said: “We’re extremely pleased to be building on our existing COI business, especially on a project that gives us such an exciting opportunity to do some very powerful work for an important issue.”

No One, a division of HHCL/Red Cell, recently unveiled the Newspaper Marketing Association’s new corporate identity (see NMA Unveils First Corporate Identity).
