Hollinger, the Canadian publishing group controlled by Conrad Black, has increased its stake in The Telegraph from 57.9% to 58.2%. On Friday it bought 200,000 shares at 348p and 200,000 at 347p, bringing its holding to 78.8m ordinary shares.
