Hustle pulled in over 5.7 million viewers

BBC Logo BBC One’s popular drama Hustle pulled in more than 5.7 million peak viewers during the all-important 9pm to 10pm peak slot last night.

Around 5.6 million average viewers tuned in to see the third episode in the series, which saw the team target a corrupt judge – guest starring Tim McInnerny.

Meanwhile, BBC Two’s Victoria Farm came in second place with 3.4 million average viewers and a 14.5% audience share.

At the same time, ITV1’s Total Emergency, which follows the emergency services on their daily missions, attracted 3.3 million average viewers and a 14% audience share.

However, the daily highlights from the Celebrity Big Brother house only managed to pick up 2.6 million average viewers – securing Channel 4 with an audience share of just 11%.

BBC One’s Eastenders claimed the highest ratings of the evening, pulling in 9 million peak viewers and an impressive 39.5% audience share between 7.30pm and 8pm.
