Manchester-based, Broughton Jacques has come to an arrangement with TCS Media. Following the departure of media manager, Jane Roberts, Broughton Jacques now subcontracts all its media work to TCS Media. This trial agreement has so far proved very successful.
Media Vantage has promoted its broadcast head to deputy media director. Andrew Diamond, formerly head of strategic media planning at the company, has been upgraded to media planning director.
