Internet Users To Increase By 50% In Six Months

According to Continental Research, more than 2 in three adults claim to be aware of the Internet, with 7% of the population having access to it, either at home or at work. The survey showed that these 3 million adult users are likely to increase by up to 50% in the next six months.

Sixteen per cent of the 3 million senior executives in European companies are also on-line.

Continental Research conducted surveys of the British population and senior managers across Western Europe.
