IPA Effectiveness Awards 1996

Abbott Mead Vickers BBDC has won the Grand Prix at the 1996 IPA Advertising Effectiveness Awards for British Telecom’s ‘It’s good to talk’ campaign which features Bob Hoskins. The Bob Hoskins approach has been shown to be hugely successful in growing BT’s residential market with a strategy aimed at getting men to be more relaxed about using the telephone.
