The IPA has launched a clearing scheme for graduates who make it to recruiting agency short lists but fail to secure a place. The scheme will provide a source of high calibre graduates to agencies who need to recruit additional trainees outside their standard intake times.
Miranda Kennett, Director of Training and Development at the IPA and creator of the clearing scheme said “Agencies go to a lot of trouble to select their short lists and frequently find they have more good graduates than jobs available. For those agencies which do not normally invest in the milkround this scheme will be particularly advantageous.”
