IPA Publishes Client Agreement Advice

The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) has published an updated version of its ‘Suggested provisions for use in agency/client agreements’.
Commenting on the new edition, IPA director general, Nick Phillips says “Now more than ever it is essential for IPA agencies to have clear written agreements with clients covering all the key issues of agency services, terms of business, copyright and termination. The new edition is the authoritative reference point”.
