IPA Welcomes Euro Tobacco Guidelines

The IPA has welcomed the launch of a new set of guideline principles for tobacco advertising within the European Community.

The principles from the European Association of Advertising Agencies follow the British Code of Advertising Practice, and are being commended by the agency associations in Europe to their members.

IPA TO PUBLISH PRESENTATION GUIDE

The IPA is to launch Inside Advertising on 6th October; it is a speakers guide to advertising topics. The format is modular, with each module self-contained, and covering a particular topic with speaker’s notes. The intention is not a rigid script, rather a base as a guide.

Inside Advertising is available from the IPA Information Centre, £20.
