IPC And Virgin Unite In Cross-Media Campaign
IPC Media and Virgin Radio have joined forces in a raft of cross-media ventures, which will allow advertisers to push brands across the groups’ print, online and radio brands. The first deal will unite the radio station with Loaded magazine after recent research has shown that one third of all Loaded readers also listen to Virgin.
The two companies will work with Warner Vision to promote the video release of the third series of South Park. On-air promotions including a competition on Chris Evans Breakfast Show will be backed up by promotional activity in Loaded and an online campaign on Virginradio.com and Uploaded.co.uk.
In the future further IPC brands are expected to be used in cross-promotion with Virgin Radio, including NME and Later.
